Been lazy to blog this few days.. but finally its over! NAPFA passed! Woots. got to train on my own pace for now.. gotta prepared for the NS! Woots! I somehow feel excited about it.. haha.

Okie. Today's NAPFA was alright.. me and tingting was just loitering around playing with the stations while goldie and jieying had their run.

I know its random but i need to quote what my father said..

Oh man! its been 5 days since the girls went off to aussie.. but i can see they are enjoying themselves.. so thats really great!

anyway tml going to do my mock 2.4km run! and gosh.. i must chiong for it.. must really.. and i noe i can do it.. 6 rounds only.. CAN ONE LA! =]]

okie guys.. should update u all again soon.. 19/2 which is this thursday, im going to do a interview with SAF for the second time.. woots!

Kimchi Making


The recipe book.


Chili powder. Mild Spicy.


The main ingredient and Carrot.

Grind Garlic and Ginger (be it seperate or together, no difference)


Mix the grinded stuff and the chili and sugar and fish sauce.

Oh ya. i forgot to take picture at this step. First, take the cabbage, dip them in boiled water for at least 5 to 10 secs FOR EACH LEAF. then drain them and then cut into smaller pieces.


Mix the cabbage, carrot and the mixed sauce.


There it goes! Kimchi!

Phew. Every morning went training. Mon, Wed and Fri, school napfa training program. Tues and Thurs, we ownself go run. yea yea.

Okie. one occasion, me and jess went to Acer service centre. And as we walk, we found the end is like this.


Trust me. U do not want to walk on it. Its very thin. Even thinner than your leg width.

We really drama. Saw that plank and we got shocked. Do we have to go all the way back? Are we going to jump over it? And then.. out of nowhere, we saw a much wider plank.


Thats jess walking over it. haha.

Okie. Yesterday, me and tingting after training went to tampines de IKEA (which we intended to do today too) to shop around. Went to giant, i saw these sports wear.. and tingting ask me to try on the singlets. here goes it!

I look wierd right? And i feel wierd as well. But i don mind wearing it. HAHA
